Pet food the quality of the film Polyester chips or Polyethylene Terephthalate chips, also known as Pet Chips, are the building blocks of all plastics and polymers. PET chips can exist in both amorphous (transparent) and semi-crystalline forms, known as Bright or Super Bright Chips, depending on the processing.

PET Film can also be made from pet chips. PET film is made from high-quality chips that are free of Silica and CiO2.

  • Super Bright and Additive (Silica) polyester chips for use in film are common. Film-grade PET chips feature excellent clarity because the film is made in a very thin specification and even the tiniest error in raw material can hurt the film quality. Two types of film are available: 1. Plain (both sides untreated) (UT)
  • One side of the film was treated with Corona (CT), Printing & Lamination, Metallization, Embossing, Holograms, Thermal Lamination are some of the uses for film grade pet chips.
