We provide high-quality meltblown nonwoven fabric manufacturing equipment for the production of PP meltblown nonwoven fabric, which is the primary component of medical face masks. Meltblown non-woven fabric is a type of ultra-fine fibre non-woven fabric with fibres measuring 0.5-1.0um in diameter. As you are probably aware, medical masks and KN95 masks are constructed using three layers: a spunbond layer, a meltblown layer, and another spunbond layer. Both the spunbond and meltblown layers are composed of polypropylene PP. The meltblown non-woven fabric’s filterability, shielding, heat insulation, and oil absorption properties enable it to trap larger dust particles while also attracting fine dust, bacteria, and virus droplets due to the static charge on the surface.
