PVA Fibre
Polyvinyl alcohol fiber with high strength and high
modulus polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the main raw
material, made by wet spinning process.

Detailed Information
PVA Fibers (polyvinyl alcohol) are high-performance
reinforcement fibers for concrete and mortar. PVA fibers
are well-suited for a wide variety of applications
because of their superior crack-fighting properties,
high modulus of elasticity, excellent tensile and
molecular bond strength, and high resistance to alkali,
UV, chemicals, fatigue and abrasion. PVA fibers are
unique in their ability to create a molecular bond with
mortar and concrete that is 300% greater than other
fibers.
These are monofilament fibers that are available in 3
different lengths and filament diameters.
Key Attributes
Fibre Products
Polyester fibers are used in the manufacture of
many products, including clothing, home
furnishings, industrial fabrics, filters, tire
cord fabrics, and nonwoven fabrics.
- The primary benefit of PVA Fibers is their 'stealth' nature.
- PVA reinforced concrete is tremendously ductile, or flexible.
- PVA's are purported as 'chemically bonding' with concrete.
- Superior spin-finish application.
- It’s a go-to for goods that require high performance durability
