‘SSMMS’ (3 Spunbond beams and 2 Meltblown beams) or simply SMS is a 5 layered 100% Polypropylene nonwoven fabric made using 5 beams. Fine filtering, minimal pressure drop, acoustic insulation, and acceptable strength and elongation are all features of this cloth. SSMMS fabric is often used in the hygiene sector to manufacture disposable diapers, feminine care items, gowns, coveralls, masks, and hospital disposables, among other things.
